There is new management in place…..from executive director, head of nursing, activities director, etc etc etc…….Moved my father in here with NO hesitation at all. The place is clean and undergoing a renovation. The rooms have been renovated as well. The new ED and her staff have gone above and beyond in this transition for our family. I went to a number of facilities and nowhere did I feel at ease like I did at Maristone. They need to overcome the past and they are truly focused on the future and making this place a true gem…..

Overall, Maristone of Franklin was nice. The people were out. There was a gentleman there with his dog. There were other people enjoying the facilities. They have a little courtyard and gardens. It was clean. The staff was friendly, was able to answer our questions, they were prepared for us, and they were good. The menu had three or four main selections and a la carte things that they can choose from. They have a nice dining area. There were a lot of things around and we didn’t like it as much because my father-in-law would like to see nature. They have a bus that takes you places, but it’s too city-like.

I am looking for an new assisted living home for my parents, and have visited a few senior and assisted living places in the Franklin area. Courtney took me on a tour of Maristone yesterday. She was extremely helpful by identifying and matching all my parents needs with the amenities of the facility. She answered all my questions, and I left with a very good feeling of Maristone. All the staff I met yesterday were extremely nice. The building was nicely furnished and clean, with beautiful flowers In the courtyard. The residents all appeared happy and content. Maristone has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and I am definitely considering this as an option for my parents’s new home.
